Importance of feedback in the workplace Giving and receiving positive, developmental, and corrective feedback Developing coaching skills to support feedback & employee development Managing difficult conversations and communicating with impact. This course suits individuals new to management roles or aspiring to become managers and experienced managers who want to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge. All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course start date.
This course covers a brief introduction to multiphase measurements. This will include their value proposition, hardware selection with placement considerations and integration of the hardware and data. It will further focus on 3-phase in-line measurements and not necessarily on measurement after partial separation. Measurement of produced assets (gas, oil and water) is essential for reservoir maintenance, production optimization, marketing, and other disciplines. When assets change hands, a robust understanding of the measurement, its uncertainty, benefits and challenges with these measurements enable the parties to make the right decisions.

To tackle the current and future challenges of reservoir technologies, the SPE Reservoir Advisory Committee (RAC) began an initiative in May 2019 to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to review, revise, and update the reservoir technical discipline. Rodolfo Camacho-Velázquez identifies areas of opportunity for future reservoir engineers related to the technical challenges of increased production and recovery of complex conventional and unconventional reservoirs, the application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies in reservoir subdisciplines, and the energy transition. SPE Energy Stream is your go-to for watching thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and leading companies share their perspectives and technical solutions. As a leading publication in oil, petroleum, and natural gas, SPE Journal maintains the highest quality standards in scholarly publishing and offers practical applications to solve your biggest challenges. Top papers showcasing cutting-edge methods and technology solutions you can trust are selected after rigorous evaluation by industry experts.

Chevron has struck a deal with Caribbean and Americas-focused Challenger Energy's subsidiary CEG Uruguay SA to farm in to the AREA OFF-1 block offshore Uruguay for 12.5 million. The area offers potential target opportunities, hoped to be similar to those being found in Namibia's Orange basin. Shell, APA Corporation, and Argentina's YPF have been securing acreage in the region in the hopes of repeating the early Namibian success from TotalEnergies and others. Chevron will acquire a 60% participating interest in the block and will assume operatorship of the block; Challenger Energy will retain a 40% nonoperating interest. Financial terms are 12.5 million cash due on completion of the transaction.
